Liebherr LTM 11000

Ho letto nel post di Calabrese che Liebherr sta progettando, o ha già progettato, una nuova autogru da 1000 tonnellate da far uscire nei prossimi mesi....ho fatto un giro in internet ma non ho trovato nulla di specifico. Si tratta di un macchina totalmente nuova o soltanto una rivisitazione della vecchi LTM 1800?

Nessuno ha qualche informazione in più?

è tutto vero,si parla di una gru del tutto nuova che dovrà smontarsi il braccio sarà sulla falsa riga della ltm 1800
avrà un braccio telesopico da 100 mt e se non erro sarà presentata al prossimo BAUMA a Monaco non ci sono altre notizie a riguardo dovremo solo pazientare!

Mammoet will expand its crane fleet with two new 1,000 tonne capacity mobile telescopic cranes from Liebherr. According to a Mammoet official the cranes will be the new LTM 11000-9.1 model, announced in IC last November. One crane will be operated from the Dutch headquarters, while the other one will be stationed in Germany. The cranes will be in operation late 2007.

The LTM 11000-9.1 has a nine axle all terrain carrier with X-type outriggers that give a maximum base measuring 13 x 13 m. The outriggers remain on the carrier during transport so the crane complies with Dutch and European road regulations that require a maximum gross vehicle weight of 100 tonnes – a basic requirement in line with current and more stringent regulations, according to Mammoet. The 54.4 m telescopic boom will be transported separately on a tractor and dolly combination.

An assist crane is not needed to install the telescopic boom as the crane can do it by itself. If required, the boom can be stowed over the front of the carrier for travel on site. To install the counterweight a base plate on the ground is stacked with all the pieces before a special lifting device, fitted to the rear on the crane upper works, lifts the full 200 tonne package straight on to the crane. This method almost eliminates the work at height associated with counterweight installation on large capacity telescopic cranes.

Mammoet opted for the 54.4 m telescopic boom in combination with the Y-guying system, a 6 m adaptor and 126 m of luffing jib. This combination also allows, among others, the installation of 72 m of fixed jib to reach a tip height of 135 m. This height used to be the domain of luffing jibs. The main telescopic boom will be prepared for the fitting of a second telescopic boom, extending tip height to 100 m but this configuration will only become available if market circumstances require it, according to Mammoet.

Trovo molto interessante e utile l'"automontaggio" del braccio principale.

Premessa la mia pressochè totale ignoranza in materia mi permetto di porvi una domanda:
C'è stato in precedenza qualche altra soluzione simile in Liebherr oppure da parte di qualche altro produttore?

Direi di si, già la LTM 1800 di montava il braccio da se utilizzando il mantello. Per la zavorra, però, si doveva utilizzare un'altra autogru.
In realtà anche la Gottwald AMK 1000 si montava il braccio da se, bastava che il carro che trasportava la sezione di braccio telescopica si allineasse con la sezione di braccio collegata alla ralla e il gioco....si fa ber dire.....era fatto.
