Om eu 3/15

Hello, first of all, sorry for writing in english.

I have EU 3/15 that is not working properly. When I connect ignition, I get "pompe!!!" on the display. Green and red lights are ON on the electronics, but nothing is working. I cant lift or move.

If I connect the hydraulic pump directly to the B+ cable, hydraulic pump is working properly and i can lift normally, but can't drive (obvously).

Any idea?

Also, does anyone have a manual for this old forklift?

May be for this situation the English don’t worry or the Forum team check and test the situation.
Cmcraeslo please a question,:
- Where do you write from ?
- Are you a lift truck technical or a lift truck operator ?
For your request because without the year production and serial number , from the standard information , the EU3/15 used the SME chopper_inverter , but this can dependence from the version and release , please for your lift truck :
- Do you have the production year? ( and the serial number , it is good )
When you turn on the key:
- Before the problem, have you make a maintenance or setting any parameters? Or/and the problem is appeared after a strange work or/and application?
- The battery power supply is 36V or 48 V ?
- The steering is complete mechanical or it is oleodinamic servo_steering ? if the steering is oleodinamic servo_steering you have two pumps or the servo_steering used the pump for the forks_mast function ?
- What is the battery charge level on the display , with the key on ?
- If you check to move_start , separately or together , the : steering ( oleodinamic) , traction and oleodinamic fork function ( lift , tilt and side shift ) , this is don’t work or example the traction work but slow ?
- On the display have you always and only a : POMPE ? or example other alarm , for example : F1 , FE , 82 and /or others ?
- On the display , have you ON other light ? Example temperature?
- May be Have you try other check test , for example : Fuses , battery power supply in key Off and Key ON , battery dispersion , power cable connection and shunt connection , cable and pin connection , ecc.. ?
- On your lift truck , do you have a particular optional ( example : special ligt , radio terminal , ecc.. ) ?
