Fiatallis SL9

Hi

Unfortunately I do not understand italian so I try in english. I have a great Fiat Allis SL9
Type: SL9
Year: 1979
Serial: 30/382
Engine: 004216
Weight: 16300kg
Manuf: Fiatallis

It still works great but now I damage the engine and need to overhaule. Can anone help me with ientification and a link to somebody who supply parts or complete engine for change

I find that there is code for the engines and the type of machine from fiat but I have not found out how this is "decoded"

is forexampel FE9 = SL9? and is this difference to track or wheel

I can see that the FR is payloader

Maybe somone know and can explain the different codes

The engine for SL9 will be a Fiat OM CO3 I V2

2100 R/min
4 cylinders

FE and SL are two different Fiatallis excavator series... FE9 is the next version of the SL.... but there should be some differences.
The wheeled version of SL9 is SR9...

I must say it is so good to finaly meet somebody who know something about this machine. It is not so many of the machines left here in Norway and very few guys who know it.

My engine is in need of overhaul, I run it with to little oil, I dident physically check the oil for some time and now I find the wire from the block to warning lamp has disconnected...
I have choice to repair or find similar engine, do you know if this engine is in other fiat or iveco machine?

I also look for company who can sell parts and repair manual

If there is some manuals on the net it would be great if somebody know of a link :-)

In an old debate said to have many parts for this machine.

Alternatively I suggest you contact a dealer CNH (Case-New Holland) for Norway or an Iveco dealer. They should be able to procure spare parts and manuals.

I have more knowledge about the digger than ever. But still no new engine

I found truck NC65 but this has Fiat engine, same engine probably in Fiat OM65 truck?

But hard to find here in Norway

Is ther anyone out ther who might know of a engine in good shape tha might be sold to me for a reasonable price and shipped here... let me know :-)

Thanks for reply, I checked With Minnpar.com Unfortunately the SL9 newer was imported to USA and they could not support.

But if anyone should be able to get these parts, it must be one of You located in Italy :-)
